request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email us at support@nerveease.com with your order number and reason 
   for return
2. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
3. Once we confirm your request, your refund will be processed within 
   5–7 business days to your original payment method

ELIGIBILITY
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be in its original condition
- Proof of purchase required

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective product, please email us a photo 
within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full 
refund at no cost to you — no return required.

NON-REFUNDABLE
- Orders returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of misuse or intentional damage
