PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard shipping: 7–15 business days (United States)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, 
including customs processing and carrier delays. 

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can 
follow your package every step of the way.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

IMPORTANT NOTE
NerveEase ships from international fulfillment centers to keep costs low and 
savings passed directly to you. All packages are delivered in discreet, 
unbranded packaging.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at 
support@nerveease.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
